Arbitration

Arbitration involves the parties, or their attorneys, mutually agreeing to arbitrate a disputed issue. The parties will sign a contract giving the arbitrator the authority to rule on a particular issue or the entire case. The arbitrator’s decision is final and binding, except in a few very limited situations.
